Service Description

EndlessPod provides an AI-powered podcast generation service that allows users to:

  • Generate podcast scripts based on provided topics
  • Convert scripts to audio using text-to-speech technology
  • Download and distribute generated podcast episodes
  • Manage podcast feeds and metadata

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time without notice.

Credits and Payment

Credit System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are required to generate podcast episodes. Credit packages can be purchased through our payment processor, Stripe.

Payment Terms

  • All prices are in USD and subject to change
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Credits are non-refundable once purchased
  • Credits do not expire unless your account is terminated
  • Promotional credits or vouchers may have specific terms and expiration dates

Refunds

User Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including podcast topics, titles, and descriptions ("User Content"). By using our Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely to provide and improve the Service.

Generated Content

Content generated by our AI systems (scripts and audio) is provided to you for your use. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring that generated content meets your requirements and complies with applicable laws before publication or distribution.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to generate or distribute content that:

  • Violates any laws or regulations
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains harmful, threatening, or harassing material
  • Promotes illegal activities
  • Contains malware or malicious code
  • Impersonates others or misrepresents your affiliation

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks

AI-Generated Content

We do not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or appropriateness of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all generated content before use or publication.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ENDLESSPOD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless EndlessPod and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

Termination

Upon termination:

  • You will lose access to your account and generated content
  • Unused credits will be forfeited
  • All provisions of these Terms that should survive termination will remain in effect

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EndlessPod operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
